We love cycling. A lot. In fact, so much so that we decided to set up our own magazine dedicated to all those fantastic stories out there that never get the coverage they deserve.
Bringing together a group – some may say rabble – of cycling writers and photographers, we offer an alternative to some of the publications out there today with our light-hearted and entertaining writing, as well as excellent photography that we hope presents the essence of road racing.
Those involved bring their own views and creative styles to help produce something completely unique. Whether it's a lovely looking photo essay on the opening race of the season, an in-depth chat with an ex-pro who rode the Tour de France alongside Simpson, Anquetil or Bobet, or coverage of someone who might be a household name in five years, you're sure of something different at Spin Cycle Magazine.
We're not into comparing kit, so we promise not to bore you with soulless reviews on the latest high-end bikes or rain-jackets that you'll never need. Oh, no. Equally, we're not a breathless fanzine - there's more than enough opinions on pro-riders floating out there as it is. We are just simply want to celebrate everything that is great about our sport in your area – all with a dash of typical northern humour, of course.
We also love to offer up some cracking photography and writing that gets to grip what life is really like as a cyclists. After all, that's what we are too. In fact, we're probably out riding...err...I mean, researching the next issue right now. Hope you enjoy what we have to offer and don't be afraid to get in touch - our door is always open.
